The 6-month results guarantee
At kickoff we agree 2 or 3 measurable targets with you, in writing. If you've paid for 6 months in a row and we haven't hit them, we refund the fees you paid and keep working free until we do.
1. The targets
We set them together in the first week, based on your audit and your numbers for the 3 months before we start. They go into a short written note that we both keep. You pick 2 or 3, for example:
- AI answers: AI tools we track (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google's AI Overviews) mention your business for at least 10 of your tracked buyer questions.
- Google clicks: clicks from Google to your website for non-brand searches up 40% on the 3 months before we started (Google Search Console).
- Google Maps: calls plus direction requests from your Google Business Profile up 30% on the same baseline.
- Rankings: 15 of your tracked keywords on page 1 of Google in India.
Every target is something you can check yourself in your own accounts. We agree a fair target if your starting point is unusual (for example, a brand-new website).
2. What you get if we miss
If, after 6 consecutive paid months, we haven't hit the agreed targets, you get both:
- A full refund of the plan fees you paid for those 6 months, and
- We keep working free, at the same plan, until the targets are hit.
You don't pay again until every agreed target is met.
3. What we need from you
- 6 months in a row on a paid plan, paid on time.
- Approvals and answers within 5 working days: content drafts, access requests and questions.
- Access to your website, Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Business Profile.
- No site migration, redesign or domain change by anyone else during the 6 months, unless we've agreed it.
- Our work stays live: pages, fixes and profile updates aren't removed or overwritten.
4. What it doesn't cover
- A specific ranking position, or a spot in any particular AI answer. Nobody controls those.
- Sales, revenue, patients, cases or clients. Those depend on things outside search (your price, your team, your service).
- Results hurt by things outside our control: a Google penalty from work done before us, a site outage, or your business closing, moving or changing what it sells.
- Paid advertising.
5. Clinics, CA firms and law firms
For clinics and hospitals, targets are only about visibility on Google, Maps and AI answers, never patients, treatments or outcomes, in line with the National Medical Commission's advertising guidelines. For CA firms and advocates, all content stays within ICAI's guidelines and the Bar Council of India's Rule 36.
6. How to claim
- Within 30 days of the end of month 6, email hello@mavixmarketing.com with the subject "Guarantee claim".
- We share the numbers for each target from your own accounts within 7 working days.
- If a target was missed, we refund your fees within 30 days to the account that paid us, and your plan continues free until the targets are hit.
