These terms cover the free AI visibility audit and our paid plans. "Mavix", "we" and "us" mean Mavix Marketing, 1st Floor, 126 Cabin-101, NH-19, CRRI, Ishwar Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi 110044, India (hello@mavixmarketing.com). "You" means the person or business that asks for an audit or buys a plan. By submitting our form or signing up for a plan, you agree to these terms.

1. The free audit

• The audit is free, with no obligation to buy anything. It's yours to keep and use however you like.
• We aim to send it on WhatsApp within 4 working hours (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST). Requests after 15:00 or on Sunday arrive by 13:00 the next working day. This is a target we work to, not a contractual deadline.
• The audit reflects what search engines and AI tools showed when we checked. Their answers change often and can differ by person, place and time.
• We use only public information about your website and business, plus what you tell us.

2. Plans and what's included

Our plans and what each includes are listed on the Plans page. If you buy a plan, the plan and any written proposal we send you form our agreement together with these terms. If they conflict, the written proposal wins.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Every invoice is a GST invoice.
• Plans are invoiced in advance, monthly or quarterly. Paying a quarter upfront gets 15% off the plan fee for that quarter.
• Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on unpaid invoices after giving you notice.
• We may change our prices with 30 days' written notice. Changes never apply to a period you've already paid for.

4. No long-term contract

Plans run month to month. Either of us can end a plan with 30 days' written notice (email is fine). A prepaid quarter isn't refundable once it has started, except under the guarantee. The 6-month guarantee only applies if you stay on a paid plan for 6 consecutive months.

5. Results

Search engines and AI tools decide what they show. We don't control them, and we don't promise any particular ranking, position, mention in an AI answer, number of enquiries or sales. The only results promise we make is the 6-month results guarantee, on the terms set out there.

6. Your accounts and logins

You own your website, domain, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile and every other account we work in. We work inside them with access you give us, and you can remove it anytime. When a plan ends we hand over everything we made and remove our access.

7. What you agree to do

• Give us accurate information and the access we need.
• Review and approve content within 5 working days, or let us know you need longer.
• Make sure anything you give us (logos, photos, product information, claims) is yours to use and is accurate.
• Follow the rules of your profession. For clinics we follow the National Medical Commission's advertising guidelines; for CA firms, ICAI's guidelines; for advocates, Bar Council of India Rule 36. You make the final call on what's published about your practice.

8. Content and intellectual property

Once an invoice is paid, the content we create for you under that invoice (pages, articles, images we made) belongs to you. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and reports' format, and you get a licence to use the reports for your business. We may mention that you're a client only with your written permission.

9. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to do the work. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

10. Liability

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profit or lost business, or for changes made by search engines, AI tools or other platforms. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version on this page applies from its "last updated" date. For paying clients, changes take effect from the next billing period after we tell you.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We'll try to settle any dispute by talking first. If that fails, the courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction.
